Welcome to Kinder Castle Nursery (KCN). By enrolling your child in our programs or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms & Services. Please read them carefully.
1. Admissions & Enrolment
Kinder Castle Nursery admits children aged 3 months to 5 years.
Enrolment is confirmed only after completion of registration forms, submission of required documents, and payment of applicable fees.
We reserve the right to decline admissions based on capacity, suitability, or compliance with regulatory guidelines.
2. Fees & Payments
Tuition fees must be paid in accordance with the agreed payment schedule.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by UAE law.
Additional charges may apply for extended care, extracurricular activities, transportation, or special services.
Late payments may incur penalties and could affect continued enrolment.
3. Attendance & Timings
Regular attendance is expected for your child’s progress.
Our operating hours are:
Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Children must be dropped off and collected on time. Repeated late pick-ups may result in additional fees.
4. Health, Safety & Security
We maintain strict safety standards including CCTV monitoring, secure access, and on-site licensed nurse support.
Parents must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications.
Sick children should not attend nursery until cleared to return by a medical professional.
Emergency medical treatment may be sought by the nursery if required.
5. Curriculum & Programs
KCN follows the British EYFS framework, focusing on holistic child development.
Daily routines include play, structured learning, outdoor activities, and rest periods.
Programs may be updated from time to time to meet regulatory standards and children’s needs.
6. Communication & Parent Partnership
We maintain open communication with parents through meetings, newsletters, WhatsApp updates, and reports.
Parents are encouraged to participate in school events and provide feedback.
Confidentiality of all personal and child information is maintained.
7. Media & Photography
With parental consent, children’s photographs/videos may be used for classroom activities, newsletters, or promotional purposes.
Parents may withdraw consent in writing at any time.
8. Withdrawal & Termination
Parents must provide written notice of withdrawal in line with the nursery’s policy.
KCN reserves the right to suspend or terminate enrolment in cases of non-payment, policy violations, or issues impacting the welfare of the child or others.
9. Website Use
Content on our website (including text, images, and materials) is for informational purposes only.
Users may not copy, distribute, or misuse website content without permission.
We are not responsible for external links or third-party content.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Services are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
