robust health and safety measures - fully aligned with KHDA’s latest early – childhood guidelines to ensure every child thrives in a secure, nurturing and hygienic environment.
🔐 Security & Surveillance (SIRA-Compliant CCTV)
We maintain a comprehensive security system to ensure constant supervision and protection throughout our facilities:
• Our CCTV system is fully compliant with SIRA standards, covering all critical areas including entrances, exits, corridors, classrooms, outdoor play zones, and clinic rooms.
• All access points (main doors, emergency exits, stairs if applicable) are monitored to prevent unauthorized entry, ensuring children remain safe and always accounted for.
• We operate under 24-hour security protocols during working hours and ensure health-monitoring services approved by SIRA are in place.
• Our security practices follow a strict “child-first” policy: surveillance helps guarantee children’s safety without compromising privacy or dignity, while alerting staff immediately to any safety concerns.
🏥 On-Site Clinic & Health Care Standards
To safeguard children’s well-being and respond swiftly to any health needs:
• We have a fully equipped clinic within the nursery, designed and operated in compliance with the latest Dubai Health Authority (DHA)
• Our clinic is staffed by a full-time DHA-licensed nurse (as per regulatory standards). And 10% of our staff hold valid first-aid and CPR certification from a DHA approved provider.
• We maintain detailed health records (immunizations, incidents, health checks) which can be shared with DHA when required.
• Our facilities are accessible and inclusive, accommodating children of determination in line with universal design and KHDA inclusion policies.
• Regular health checks, hygiene monitoring, and prompt response protocols ensure a safe, clean, and caring environment for every child.
🧼 Hygiene, Cleanliness & Preventive Health
Our hygiene and sanitation protocols meet (and often exceed) KHDA and Dubai – wide health standards:
• Frequent handwashing by staff and children - especially before meals, after play, after sneezing or coughing, and upon entry and exit. Soap and sanitization stations are placed prominently throughout the nursery.
• Classrooms, toys, learning materials, shared surfaces and frequently used devices (e.g. tablets, computers) are sanitized regularly. In line with KHDA’s health provisions, sanitization after each use is performed diligently.
• Waste management, especially for potentially contaminated items (used wipes, medical waste, etc.), follows Dubai Municipality’s guidelines to maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Good ventilation (natural or mechanical) across all indoor spaces, regular cleaning schedules, and well-maintained facilities to ensure healthy air and environment.
🛏️ Rest Areas & Safe Spaces
Children's comfort and well-being are essential parts of our care philosophy:
• Our nursery includes dedicated rest/sleep areas designed to offer calm, quiet, and safe spaces for naps and downtime. These areas comply with KHDA’s requirements for space, hygiene, supervision, and child-friendly design.
• Rest spaces are cleaned and sanitized daily; bedding and mats are regularly laundered and maintained to ensure hygiene standards are met.
• Staff to child ratios and supervision are always maintained, ensuring children are monitored with care even during rest periods - giving parents peace of mind.

Our staff and operational policies are shaped around professionalism, safety and inclusion:
• We follow all policies mandated under Executive Council Resolution No. (35) of 2020 for early childhood nurseries in Dubai, which include having a clear children’s safety and protection policy approved by KHDA.
• Staff-to-child ratios are strictly maintained as per KHDA standards, ensuring adequate supervision for every age group.
• We are committed to non-discrimination, inclusivity, and providing equal, respectful care to all children regardless of background, abilities, or needs.
• Regular staff training on child safety, first aid, hygiene, inclusion, and emergency protocols ensures that our team is always prepared and vigilant.
